Appointments and Accuracy of Information<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Appointments requested online or by phone are scheduled and confirmed by our medical coordination team based on availability and travel distance.<\/li>\n<li>Clients are responsible for providing correct address details and declaring all relevant patient health conditions (including allergies or infectious diseases) prior to the visit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>3.
